Informed Judgements

Our pre-employment Health Screening is designed to help you make an informed judgement in relation to the health of new employees joining your business. It will highlight existing medical conditions and / or other potential risks giving us the opportunity to offer you advice and guidance concerning the management of any potential safety issues in relation to any health concerns.

Assessments are conducted via a health questionnaire and supporting telephone consultation with the new starter should the need arise. All pre-employment questionnaires will be turned around within 48 hours of submission.
